Scribe Accounts offers a specific report called the Cost Centre Year Comparison, which displays the estimates and actual figures for the current year to date and the previous year. This report can be generated for all cost centres or a single selected one. When selecting all cost centres, there is an option in 'Advanced' to show cost centre subtotals as well as individual code totals.

Log into Scribe Accounts and navigate to menu Reports → Cost Centre Year Comparison, or click here.

 

How To Generate A Cost Centre Year Comparison Within Scribe Accounts

Log into Scribe Accounts and navigate to menu Reports → Cost Centre Year Comparison. You can generate the report for all cost centres or select a single cost centre from the drop-down list.

How to Filter a Cost Centre Year Comparison

Before generating your report using the above steps, click the 'Filter' button. You can choose whether to examine all cost centres or select a single one from the drop-down list. If you select all, you can check the box to include subtotals for cost centre totals as well as individual code totals.

 

How to Download a Cost Centre Year Comparison

Once you have created your report you can download by simply selecting the Google  ‘Download’ button, or by using the Actions button in the top right corner you can then choose the file format and the report will start downloading.

How to Print a Cost Centre Year Comparison

Once you have created your report you can print it by simply clicking the printer icon in the google print bar.
