Change History - An Introduction
In order to provide a digital trail and to easily track changes on Scribe, we have an audit trail which can be viewed against the following records:
- Payments, Receipts, Regular Payments & Regular Receipts
- Sales Invoices & Purchase Orders
- Bank Transfers & Code Transfers
- Adjustments
- Suppliers & Customers
- Cost Centres & Cost Codes
- Bank Balances, VAT Types and Descriptions
To view the audit trail, scroll to the bottom of the record and click on 'Change History'. You will be able to see the date and email address of the user that made the amendment/change.
